Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Purchase Plan for American Depositary Shares

Nokia Corporation ("Nokia") is pleased to offer a Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Purchase Plan (the "Plan") for its American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), representing Nokia Ordinary Shares.

The Plan, which is open to U.S. residents only, is designed to provide owners of ADSs and other interested investors who participate in the Plan a convenient way to accumulate and increase their investment in ADSs and to reinvest all or a portion of their cash dividends (net of any withholding taxes and brokerage commissions) or optional cash investments in additional ADSs.

The Plan is sponsored and administered by Nokia Corporation's Depositary Bank, Citibank, N.A. Nokia has consented to the establishment of the Plan by Citibank, N.A., but does not, and should not be deemed to, sponsor or administer the Plan. Nokia assumes no obligation or liability for the operation of the Plan.
