Our CR reporting began in 2002, growing each year in terms of transparency and coverage. We use the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) indicators to assist with structure and content. Reporting is broken down by country so that efforts can be understood in a more local context.

Our main objective is to translate what we are doing into real terms and concrete actions so that stakeholders can clearly understand our CR position. The report functions not only as a spokes piece, but also helps to engage our stakeholders in the way that we do business.
