Mr. Wolfgang Weber is Chief Technical Officer for Swisscom, responsible for technical operations in the companys Mobile Division.

His career combines long experience in the field of information technology and telecommunications with knowledge of the telecom business.

Before joining Swisscom, Wolfgang held several management positions in software and telecommunication supplier companies such as Alcatel and in telecommunication operating companies, including Telefonica.

He holds a degree in physics from the University of Vienna and in computer sciences from the Vienna University of Technology (Dr. phil.), together with post graduate degrees in control (Vienna) and business management (INSEAD).
