Barry French heads the Communications function at Nokia Siemens Networks. He has a wide range of communications experience, both as a consultant to governments, corporations and political leaders and in senior positions for Fortune 500 companies. Barry has held leadership positions at Dell, Raytheon and United Airlines. He joined Nokia Networks in May 2006.

Barry studied Political Science at Bates College and received a Masters Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.

Barry is married and has three children. He and his family are residents of Helsinki, Finland and Austin, Texas
