Mr. Chris Rothey is Vice President of NAVTEQ Connected Services. In this role, Chris is responsible for expanding NAVTEQ’s data services and interactive content solutions, while implementing flexible business models for cross-platform advertising.

As a founding executive of Traffic.com, Chris created the original business plan and served as its Chief Operations Officer.

Chris served for five years in the United States Navy as a nuclear-trained submarine officer. He holds a M.Sc and B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.Sc in Finance from the Wharton School.
