Terms and Conditions
If you are a resident of United Kingdom and you provide feedback on the Advertising-powered Download! beta test, you will go in a prize draw to win a Nokia E65 or equivalent ("Prize Draw"). Entries open on 15 November 2007 and close on 20 December 2007. The winner will be notified by email and the prize delivered within 6 weeks of notification.
Before entering the Prize Draw to win a Nokia E65 or equivalent, valued at £195 (price before taxes and subsidies), you must first read and accept the following terms and conditions of the Prize Draw.
The data you submit via the submission form will be assembled into a database from which the winner of the Prize Draw will be chosen. Winner will be selected randomly. The promoter of this Prize Draw is: Nokia Finland.
No purchase or admission fee is necessary to participate. You do not need to use the Advertising-powered Download! client to provide feedback on this site and enter the draw.
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. The Prize Draw is open to participants in the UK.
Only one entry per contestant is eligible for the Prize Draw.
To enter the Prize Draw you need to submit a valid email address. If this required information is not given, your incomplete entry will be considered invalid. The Site Terms and Privacy Policy for Nokia Beta Labs hall apply to any data submitted by you.
The Prize Draw commences at midnight on 15 November 2007 and ends at 5pm 20 December 2007 ("Competition Period").The submission must be received during the Competition Period to qualify. There will be in total one (1) prize.
The winner will be notified personally by email to the addresses provided with the entry. The prizewinner must acknowledge his/her win to the promoter by 27 December 2007. Otherwise, the prizewinner will lose his or her eligibility to the prize. Prizes will be sent to winners by mail.
Entries are open only online via the internet through Nokia Betalabs Site at http://www.nokia.com/betalabs/ad_download.
Entries not conforming to these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
The Prize Draw is not open to Nokia employees or their immediate family or to the employees or their immediate family of its website development partner companies.
The promoter accepts no liability for lost, damaged, misdirected or delayed entries, including but not limited to any technical difficulties, faults or errors affecting the end result of the Prize Draw or the entry to the Prize Draw.
None of the prizes will be substituted for cash.
Prize winner will be responsible for paying all taxes associated with the winning of the prize. All costs associated with the prizes, including but not limited to operator subscription fees that are not included in a prize, shall be paid by the prizewinner.
Except where prohibited by applicable mandatory law, these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and notices shall be governed by the laws of Finland.
