When we say ideas can come from anywhere, that includes outside the organization. Our success depends on working very closely with our customers and being responsive to their needs. That’s why we’ve set up Nokia Beta Labs, an online communication channel where anyone, including consumers can post ideas, test new services and give feedback.

Beta Labs is another way of connecting people inside and outside the company, making customers active participants in the creation of our products. It’s one aspect of the open, collaborative working culture we encourage at Services.
