Your phone supports (E)GPRS. (E)GPRS can be used with the following features:
 

• Send multimedia messages (MMS)
• Chat and send text messages (SMS)
• Browse the Internet
• Use e-mail
• Download Java™ applications
• Use your phone as a modem

Before using (E)GPRS technology, contact your service provider or network operator to determine the availability of data services.

Settings for (E)GPRS
Select Settings > Connectivity > GPRS. In a GPRS connection, select Use connection Always online or Only when needed.

(E)GPRS (Enhanced GPRS) is similar to GPRS but the connection speed is higher.
