If GPRS data call fails.

Before making a GPRS dial-up connection, please make sure that the GPRS connection setting for the active service is not set to 'Always online'. To do this, open the Services menu on your phone, select Settings, select Edit active service settings, and then browse to GPRS connection. If 'Always online' is selected, change the setting to 'When needed'.
