There are two kinds of
push to talk settings: settings for use and for
connecting to the service. You may receive the settings
for connecting to the service as a configuration
message from your network operator or service provider.
To access the settings for connecting to the service,
press Menu,
and select Push to
talk, Settings,
and Configuration
settings.
You can then select from the following:
Configuration.
Only the configurations that support the push
to talk service are shown. Select a service provider,
or Default,
or Personal config.
for push to talk service. You may receive the
push to talk settings as a configuration message.
Account
and select a push to talk service account contained
in the active configuration settings.
Select one by one
to set the following: PTT
user name,
PTT password, and
Server address .
To access the push to talk
settings for use, press Menu,
and select Push to
talk, Settings,
and PTT settings.
You can then select from the following:
1
to 1 calls and On
to enable the reception of incoming one-to-one
calls. If you select Off,
you can make but not receive one-to-one calls.
The service provider may offer some services that
override these settings.

to 1 calls and Notify
to set the phone to first notify you of incoming
one-to-one calls with a ringing tone.
Listened
groups and On
to activate the listened groups.
PTT
statusin
startup and Yes
to set the phone to automatically connect to the
push to talk service when you switch the phone
on.
Send
my PTT address and
No to hide your push to talk address from
group and one-to-one calls.

the push to talk settings as an over the air message,
contact your network operator or service provider.
