Nokia PC Composer allows you to create ringing tones for your previous compatible Nokia phone, such as the Nokia 6310i.

You can compose a new ringing tone from scratch, or edit an existing music file to create a new ringing tone. Additionally, you can send ringing tones to other Nokia phones.
