You can check the port number from Device Manager:
There you should see "Port 1 on USB Serial Adapter (COM3)"
or similar information.
So, in this case, your cable is shown in COM3 and you
should select it from the list during installation
2. When installing PC Suite 5.0, I manually selected

PC Suite 5.0 after installation, the connection does not
work.
Check that the communication port you specified during
the Setup is the right one. If you selected the wrong
communication port, open the Connection Manager from Control
Panel and click the Advanced button to change the COM
port.
