The Nokia Phone Browser allows you to modify files in the phone memory and transfer files between your phone and a compatible PC.

Connect your phone to your PC. In Windows Explorer, go to My Computer > Nokia Phone Browser and Nokia 7250i (or the name that you have given to the folder). Select the phone subfolder you want to view.

  • Local folders
You can store your own files on your PC in Nokia Phone Browser local folders. These folders are created automatically and are named e.g. My Graphics, My Photos and My Tones. Moving files from these folders to the phone folder moves the files into the phone.
  • Phone folder
When you connect your phone to your PC, a phone folder is automatically read from the phone. Select the phone folder to see information about the phone.
  • Phone subfolders
Phone subfolders are read from your phone when the phone is connected to your PC. You can copy files from the phone subfolders to your PC folders and vice versa. You can also create new folders in phone subfolders, but you cannot rename the folders that exist in the phone.
In the Gallery you can see the files that are in the phone’s gallery. Select View > Thumbnails to preview the images in the Phone Browser Folder view.
