Writing and Sending an E-mail Message
You can send and receive e-mail messages without attachments.
You can write your e-mail message before connecting to the e-mail
service or connect to the service first and then write and send
the message.
To write and send an e-mail message:
- Press Menu in standby mode, and select Messages,
E-mail, Open, and Create e-mail.
- Key in the recipient's e-mail address, press Options
and select Save.
OR: To search for the e-mail address in the contacts list,
press Options, select Search, scroll to the
name under which the e-mail address is saved, press Options
and select Save.
- Key in a subject for the message, press Options
and select Save. You can skip this step if you want.
- Key in the message. The number of available characters
is shown on the top right of the display.
- To send the message, press Options and select Send
e-mail.
Select Send now to send the message immediately or
Send later to save it in the Outbox folder
from where you can send it later.
If you want to continue writing the message later, press
Options and select Save draft msg. to save
it in the Drafts folder.
To send the message as a carbon copy or blind carbon copy,
press Options and select Add cc or Add
bcc, respectively.
To edit the recipient or subject, press Options and
select Edit recipient or Edit subject.
Sending the message later: Press Menu and select
Messages, Email, Open, Other folders,
Outbox, or Send now.
