Before giving your report, please read the following:
You may report your complaint, concern, or other communication anonymously or confidentially. However, if you wish to receive an answer to your message, please include your name and complete contact information (preferably e-mail address) in the report.
You are encouraged to identify and explain your concern in sufficient detail to facilitate investigation of the matter.
Each complaint, concern, or other communication is received by the Assistant General Counsel's office. Complaints or concerns relating to accounting, internal controls, or auditing matters will be referred to the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Communication related to other issues will be referred to the appropriate recipient within Nokia. Please note that junk mail, advertisements, job inquiries, offensive or otherwise in appropriate messages will be disregarded.
Nokia will ensure that there will be no adverse work-related consequences to an employee as a result of the employee bringing a good-faith complaint regarding accounting or auditing matters at Nokia, based on his/her personal knowledge.
