Decline a call
When a call arrives, press the end key.
From the toolbar, select

Send a decline call text message

From the toolbar, select

Edit the message, informing that you cannot answer the call, and select

Decline the call.
Select 
> Settings and Calling > Call > Message text , and write the message.
You can automatically divert declined calls to your voice mailbox or another phone number. Call divert is a network service.
Select > Settings and Calling > Call divert > Voice calls > If busy > Activate > To voice mailbox or To other number.
