Nokia Suite help and troubleshooting should be located in the Nokia Suite installation folder on your computer. You can find the files in C:\Program Files\Nokia\Nokia Suite\Help.
If you can’t see any content in Nokia Suite help or troubleshooting, the reason could be a problem with the Nokia Suite installation or corrupted help content. Or, it might be you have accidentally deleted the files from the help folder on your computer.

To fix this, try repairing your Nokia Suite installation, or if this does not help, uninstall Nokia Suite and install the newest version available again.

Why the purchase history shown in Nokia Suite is not relevant to my device? - Nokia FAQ

The purchase history shown in Nokia Suite is linked to your Nokia account and it is not specific to your currently connected device. If you have made purchases in Nokia Store with previous devices using the existing Nokia account, those will be reflected in Nokia Suite as well.

Why doesn't the Make space wizard in Nokia Suite remove duplicate contacts? - Nokia FAQ

Make space removes contacts that have only the contact name filled in but no information in the other fields. Also, if you have two contacts with exactly the same information filled in in the same fields, one of the contacts is removed. Or, if you have two contacts with the same information, but one of the contacts has fewer fields filled in, the contact with fewer fields is removed.

To remove duplicate contacts on your phone, do the following:

  1. Just connect your phone to the computer.
  2. In Nokia Suite, go to View > Go to Support, or click Phone info and tools in the phone area.
  3. Click Make space under Capacity.
  4. Choose Contacts and Next.
  5. Duplicate and empty contacts are now deleted on your phone.

Do I need to create Nokia account for updating my Nokia phone with Nokia Suite? - Nokia FAQ

Yes, active Nokia Account must exist in order to update a Nokia phone with Nokia Suite.

NOTE: You need to login with your account via Nokia Suite when activating the update procedure.

Can I use the same Nokia Suite installation with multiple accounts on my computer? - Nokia FAQ

If several users are using the same Suite installation and syncing personal content between device and computer, each user should make use of Windows user profiles (user accounts).

 When logging  in with a different Windows user account, personal content in Nokia Suite is not visible to possible other users of the software.

Note that signing in with a different Nokia account does not change the visibility of personal content on the computer.

Can I send group messages with Nokia Suite? - Nokia FAQ

You can create contact groups in the Contacts view and easily send text messages to all the members of a specific group in the Messaging view.

  1. Open Nokia Suite and go to the Messaging tab, in the items area, click Create message.
  2. Start typing the names or numbers of the group message will sent to, Nokia Suite shows you a list of matching contacts found from your phone or computer. When creating a message, you can also add the recipients to a contact group. To do so, while adding recipients for the message, choose a Add to group check box and after the message has been sent, either choose the existing contact group where to add the contacts or type a name for a new contact group.
  3. Write your message in the text box.
  4. When you are done, press the Send button.

Are there any settings or options that Nokia Suite does not back up? - Nokia FAQ

Nokia Suite backs up Settings, contacts, calendar, messages, photos, music and videos. You can choose whether you want to have each item included in your back up or not. Once you start the update via Nokia Suite you will be asked if you want to include a backup or not. Nokia recommends regular backups as for all electronic devices.

Nokia Suite hangs on sync, why? - Nokia FAQ

If you have F-Secure Anti-Virus installed and the "advanced process monitoring" option of DeepGuard feature enabled, the contacts, calendar, tasks, notes, bookmarks sync may hang at 10% or 100%. A workaround is to turn off the advanced option and restart Nokia Suite.

Sync error 80043ab4 when syncing contacts with Nokia Suite? - Nokia FAQ

First try to repair sync from Nokia Suite > Sync > Repair Sync. If it does not help, follow the steps below:

  1. Make Sure all Windows Update are run and up to date.
  2. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the Nokia Suite.
  3. After this a repair of Nokia Suite is required from Add/Remove (or Program and Features) in Control Panel. Select Nokia Suite and repair.
  4. Try now to sync.
  5. If it is still the same, uninstall the Nokia Suite, remove all connected USB devices, switch off your PC and download the latest version and re-install Nokia Suite.

How can I transfer my Nokia Suite text messages from my old computer to a new computer? - Nokia FAQ

You can store all your text messages from Nokia Suite to a CSV file and import your messages back to Nokia Suite in a new computer. To export messages from Nokia Suite to a CSV  file, do the following:

  1. In Nokia Suite, go to the Messaging tab.
  2. Choose File > Export all messages.
  3. Write a new name for the CSV file you are about to create. Alternatively, choose an existing CSV file to replace its contents with all the messages from Nokia Suite.
  4. Click Save. Your messages are stored to the file.

On another computer, you can import the CSV file to Nokia Suite, do the following:

  1. Choose File > Import text messages.
  2. Browse to the CSV file containing the messages, and choose it. Click Open. All your messages are then copied from the file to Nokia Suite.
