Troubleshooting for JBL PowerUp Wireless Charging Speaker for Nokia.

 If you cannot find or connect to another device using Bluetooth, check the following:

• Both devices have the Bluetooth turned on.
• The other device is not in Hidden mode, check this in Bluetooth application My phone's visibility.
• The distance between the two devices is not over 10 meters (33 feet) or there are no walls or other obstructions between the devices.
• You can try to turn off the Bluetooth in both devices and reconnect.
• Restart your device and retry.
• Make sure your device is running the latest software. For downloads and assistance, go to your local Nokia website's support page.
• Note: If the device you try to connect is made by other manufacturer, make sure it is compatible with your device in terms of Bluetooth standard. You may need to contact the manufacturer of that device for more assistance. To find out the Bluetooth version of your device, go to your local Nokia website, select the support page of your device and see the product technical specification.

Yes. You can charge any Qi-compatible device with any Qi-charger. The charging areas need to touch, however, so because their design, not all devices may fit in all chargers.

The version varies between Nokia device models. To find it out for your device, visit your local Nokia website's support page, select your device and find "Bluetooth" in the technical specifications. If you don't find your device or its specifications in your local Nokia website, check Nokia Developer website or the user guide of your device.

To ensure interoperability between other devices supporting Bluetooth technology, use Nokia approved enhancements. Check with the manufacturers of other devices to determine their compatibility with your device.

You can use the speaker with any device that supports Bluetooth v.2.1 + EDR, Handsfree Profile 1.5, Headset Profile 1.0, Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) and Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP). You can also use the speaker with devices without Bluetooth, if they support audio output connection with a standard 3.5 mm audio connector.

Qi is a global standard that makes wireless charging possible for your device. With a Qi-compatible device, you don't need to connect any cables. You just place your device on the charging surface.

Place your phone or other compatible device on the wireless charging area on top of the speaker. The charging indicator lights turn white and flash on and off while charging. Adjust the position of your device if the charging error is shown. For the charging status, see your device user guide.

1. Press and hold the Bluetooth key for 2 seconds.

2. Pair and connect to another device.

The music continues playing until the pairing is complete.

With the Nokia wireless speaker, you can listen to music in high audio quality from your phone or other compatible device, such as a music player. You can connect to another device without stopping the music.
