To adjust the font size for contacts, messaging, web and Menu, select Menu > Settings > Display > Font Size.
You will see the option to adjust the font size individually for messaging, contacts, web and menu.
For WP7 devices this is not possible, screen can be zoomed on Email app or Browser only.
