Why don' t I have the "Download" button visible when I am trying to re-download application from Nokia Store? - Nokia FAQ

Average Rating

Usually it means that the application is still installed on your device although you thought you have already removed it.
For example if the application is installed to memory card and you reset the device, the application won’t be deleted.

Also note that some applications may install multiple binaries and you may need to uninstall all of them before application can be re-downloaded.

Please use the Application manager for uninstalling applications. Application manager can be usually found from Menu -> Settings but please refer to user guide for more details.
From Application manager select Installed applications, choose the application you want to remove and select Options -> Uninstall (or longpress the application name and select Uninstall).
In case of application which has installed multiple binaries ( for example Nokia Maps ODML, Nokia Maps Engine, etc) , uninstall all binaries one by one.

If necessary, reboot your device after the uninstallation and try re-downloading the application from Nokia Store.

Why am I prompted to download additional items just to make my Nokia Store purchase work? - Nokia FAQ

Average Rating

As Nokia Store evolves, so does the technology that drives it.  Applications are now being written in Qt programming language which makes it easier for developers
to write content for multiple platforms.  As a result, your phone may need to download additional files in order to run the Qt application.
Nokia does not charge any fees to download the necessary files required to run the application.

Please be aware that data charges with your operator may apply. Check that with your operator or use a WLAN (Wi-Fi) connection if available.

1. Select Menu - Settings
2. Select Connectivity
3. Select Settings
4. Select Network destinations
5. Select Internet
6. Select T-Mobile internet
7. Change access point name to epc.tmobile.com

- For prepaid data plan, the correct access point is one of the following: wap.voicestream.com, internet2.voicestream.com or internet3.voicestream.com.

Why can't I download multiple albums simultaneously, direct to my mobile device from the Nokia Music Store? - Nokia FAQ

Average Rating

The S60 (Symbian series 60) Download Manager has a limitation to allow only 6 simultaneous downloads in the queue, this is the root cause of the problem. This issue is evident on all handsets with the S60 platform. If this situation occurs, the only solution is to reboot the device and try to access the store again selecting fewer downloads at any one time.
