Your device has more than one mode for using the cable connection. Most likely the problem is caused by SYSTEM account not having full control permission to the installation folder.
Nokia Suite help and troubleshooting should be located in the Nokia Suite installation folder on your computer. You can find the files in C:\Program Files\Nokia\Nokia Suite\Help.
If you can’t see any content in Nokia Suite help or troubleshooting, the reason could be a problem with the Nokia Suite installation or corrupted help content. Or, it might be you have accidentally deleted the files from the help folder on your computer.
To fix this, try repairing your Nokia Suite installation, or if this does not help, uninstall Nokia Suite and install the newest version available again.
