Gideon Mobile mobiEXPLORE Croatia
A mobile travel guide of Croatia, mobiEXPLORE Croatia is a free application that is rich with content and interactive options. More practical and functional than guidebooks, mobiEXPLORE sets a new level of expressiveness, efficiency, and interactivity for mobile travel guides. The application was developed entirely using Flash Lite from Adobe. It features 157 destinations such as national parks, cultural and historic sights, and less well-known resorts and tourist destinations throughout Croatia. It has interactive maps of individual cities, animations, and photo guides.

This freeware application features rich content, with daily updated news that includes events and weather forecasts. Gideon Mobile developed the first mobiEXPLORE project specifically for Croatia, and more will follow, since Gideon is currently negotiating with other companies to team up on projects for other major European travel destinations. The application is available for all S60 3rd Edition and S60 2nd Edition devices capable of running Flash Lite applications. For devices that do not have a Flash Lite interface, the same information is available through a WAP interface.
