NotifyLink for Symbian Series 60 3rd Edition
The NotifyLink Enterprise Mobility Solution links your S60 3rd Edition device to your enterprise e-mail and personal information management (PIM) suite with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface. Among the enterprise e-mail and PIM suites supported by NotifyLink are those from Sun Microsystems, Inc.; Oracle Corporation; Mirapoint, Inc.; CommuniGate Systems; Scalix; Zimbra, Inc.; Kerio Technologies Inc.; Alt-N Technologies; FirstClass; PeopleCube; Novell, Inc.; and Microsoft. NotifyLink supports most wireless networks, including GSM/ general packet radio service (GPRS)/EDGE, iDEN (Integrated Digital Enhanced Network), 802.11x, and Bluetooth technology. The NotifyLink Enterprise Mobility Solution is available in an On Premise version or an On Demand (hosted) version.

The client application, NotifyLink for Symbian Series 60 3rd Edition, has been tested on a variety of S60 3rd Edition devices, including the Nokia E61, E61i, E62, and E65 smartphones; Nokia E90 Communicator; Nokia N95 multimedia device; and Nokia 6120 classic. It reads and writes calendar, contact, and task information on the S60 device, and also reads from the device such information as phone number and network type. Depending on the device model, you'll find the NotifyLink application under either the Installations or Apps icon on the device's main screen. The Calendar function, which gives you access to calendar events and tasks, will be located under either the Office or Organizer icon. All of your e-mail folders, including custom folders that you have created on the server, are mirrored on the client application. Selecting and viewing a message is a simple as scrolling down to highlight the message and pressing the space bar. To download and save e-mail attachments to the device, just highlight them from a list that shows the total size of the attachments, and select Options > download.
