Nokia Pilots is an umbrella program that helps get Nokia users involved in our creative development process. The program acts as a channel for users to share their ideas and suggest improvements that we can put into action as we try to create the best products and services possible.
We run Nokia Pilot projects involving Pilots from a variety of countries and with diverse motivations and interests. This variety helps us get a broad range of the most relevant feedback, and helps us develop the best possible solutions for users of Nokia products and services.
Nokia Pilots is a voluntary program and anyone interested can register to become a Nokia Pilot candidate. We then pick the candidates based on how well their interests match a particular project. Once you’ve been selected for a project, you become a Nokia Pilot – and start the process of guiding us as we test new ideas to help us create the best products and services for people around the world.
You will have a key role in working together with our research and development team, sales and marketing teams, and specialists from around the world trying to figure out the best way to help us improve interactions with products and services that we use every day.
Depending on the project, your contribution will vary - from answering simple questions from our teams about ideas and concepts, to working on larger projects that engage several hundred people from around the world to test new ideas.
We are giving a few selected participants the chance to participate in real product development. As a Nokia Pilot, you will become an advisor to our development teams from around the world. Nokia Pilots offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the design of beautiful products and great services - and as a Nokia Pilot, you may get a chance to see the latest products and services before anyone else.
You will see a ‘Register Here’ banner on the Nokia Pilots site when we are recruiting from your country. You may also receive notification through My Nokia or through other Nokia websites and RSS feeds. We also publish advance notices of Nokia Pilots recruiting efforts on local www.nokia.com pages.
Nokia Pilots do not receive monetary compensation for their participation. We will keep track of your help and guidance and in many cases will take your contributions into account in special promotions announced on the Nokia Pilots pages. However you will not be compensated directly for your participation.
The sky’s the limit. We are interested in a variety of things that can help us improve people’s lives by providing the best user-experience possible. Your feedback is crucial to helping us improve!
If the project you have been selected for is designing a new product or service, then you will get access during the Nokia Pilots project you’re working on. Some projects are focused on developing new ideas that will only be implemented later, but if these ideas eventually turn into a product or service, your early participation will be taken into account when candidates are chosen for the project.
If at any point you wish to leave the Nokia Pilots program after registering, you can remove your personal information by deleting your Nokia Pilots profile. For more information please see the Site Terms and Privacy Policy.
