Positives: Outstanding quality handset, reliable software , lovely keyboard and great for calls, email, messaging, and scheduling. The screen is also crystal clear! I like the fact that everything is available as a keyed short cut rather than having to go through the numerous screens of a touch only phone. Here, the touch screen and keyboard work great together.
Negatives: Occasionally hangs, battery life not as good as my E71 (although much better than an average smart 2 days on average) and not as many apps as with other phones but I don't need these.
Conclusion. If you want games/gizmos then look elsewhere but if you want a business phone/organiser/messager then this is a great choice - I love it!

I have used the NOKIA 2 years ago it was Nokia E90 which I have loved it, since then I have been using iPhone and Android Handsets. Since this phone came out I have tested it and I must say its awesome. Few flaws related to software which Nokia need to work on it. I think the Belle is more reliable compare to Anna. Other than that it's great phone

This is a very good phone.
Good quality. Very clear 640*480 high resolution touch screen. Nice qwerty keyboard. The 8MP camera has an amazing shutter speed and the quality of photos it takes is satisfying but still it can be a lot better if supports auto focus. The operating system, Symbian Belle, is very convenient to use and it really gets things done easily. It runs smothly on this slow processor too.
However, I won't recommend this phone because the Symbian system is too old and not many new apps are supporting it. It also has drawbacks that are not easy to resolve which make it less convenitent for both users and developers. I was really disappointed when nokia decided to abandon Meego and focus on windows phone but there's nothing I can do. Therefore let's wait for their new WP based smartphone range and hopefully there will be one equipped with qwerty keyboard.
