Problem with your phone? Try these easy fixes

Weve found that many phone problems can be fixed yourself in a few minutes including phone lock-ups, application crashes, sound problems and a blank display.

Restart

Turn your phone off and take the battery out. Wait a few minutes then put the battery in and turn your phone on. If your battery is not removable, press and hold the power button until the phone vibrates, then switch it on again.

Restore

Restore your phones factory settings. See your phone's user guide for instructions. 

Update

Make sure your phone is using the most up-to-date software.
