To fix this issue, you will need to manually type a name for the mobile data access point in the phone's menu by performing the following steps:
- Select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Mobile data > Access point, and activate the access point you want to use.
- Select Edit active access pt. > Access point name, enter a name to change the alias for access point, and then select OK.
- Select Mobile data acc.pt., type a name for the mobile data access point (for example: internet), and then select OK. Contact your network operator to obtain this information.
