Problem with your phone? Try these easy fixes

Restart

Turn your phone off and take the battery out. Wait a few minutes then put the battery in and turn your phone on. If your battery is not removable, press and hold the power button until the phone vibrates, then switch it on again.

Restore

Restore your phone’s factory settings. See your phone's user guide for instructions. 

Update

Make sure your phone is using the most up-to-date software.

Problem with your PIN, PUK code or SIM card?

Please contact your service provider for help with PIN and PUK codes, since these protect the SIM card rather than your phone itself.
