1.    Contact Nokia Careline (Tel: +852 2136 6338) for registration. (Business hours: Mon- Fri 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sat, Sun and Public Holidays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,  Fax: +852 3128 8774)

A Reference Number will be provided by Nokia Careline after the registration is done.

2.    Bring along the original copy of Proof Of Purchase* with the device and the pass to the DHL service centre #.

The device will be sent to Nokia Care Centre for checking and repairing.

DHL will send the device back after the repair is done.

*Proof Of Purchase:

Proof Of Purchace is issued by CSL (One2free, 1010, NewWorld), PCCW, 3HK, Smartone, Peoples, Broadway, Fortress, Wilson Communications or the device should have the original warranty label attached to the device or the warranty card.

# Warranty service will be offered in Hong Kong or Macau for original handsets with the “Nokia Care Warranty Label” OR an authorized receipt issued by local network service provider / Nokia dealer. (Hong Kong: CSL (One2free, 1010), PCCW, 3HK, Smartone, China Mobile Hong Kong, Broadway, Fortress, Wilson Communications). Macau : CTM, Smartone, 3, and Fortress.

* Only valid products under warranty. Nokia Care Centre reserves the right to make final decision on repair hours.


No bilateral warranty service is offered between Hong Kong and Macau. Please contact local Nokia Care Centre for services.

Important Note:

Problem:  You are unable to remove the SIM card.

Cause: Check if you are using the new version of the SIM card adaptor, also known as the Nano-SIM card adaptor. The size and thickness of the Nano-SIM card is different from the standard size Micro SIM card. This may damage the phone's Micro SIM card reader and as a result, a message "Failed to recognize the SIM card or SIM card adaptor block inside the phone” will be shown.

Note that Nokia products are NOT compatible with a Nano-SIM Adaptor. DO NOT use Nano-SIM Adaptors in Nokia products! The damage of the Nokia product due to the use of a Nano-SIM Adaptor will NOT be covered by warranty repair service and Nokia will reserve the right to charge the customer for phone repair service under such circumstances.
