If your phone is dual SIM, it does not support video streaming over a GPRS connection. 

If it is single SIM, it supports decoding of H.263, MPEG-4 encoded format (SubQCIF(128*96) and QCIF(176*144)) with bit rate no higher than MPEG-4 QVGA 15fps 256kbps, over GPRS and WLAN.

Only sim 1 IMEI is used to check for warranty.
