One possible reason is that Contacts will not be synced if you have not indicated your date of birth on your Nokia account. Ensure you have specified your date of birth and that you are older than 13.
Nokia Mail can no longer support special characters in folder names so those special characters have been replaced by the “-“ character. These new folders are now in line with the naming guidance, and they will be synchronized along with your account moving forward.
