Troubleshooting for Nokia Maps for Asha Touch

I sent a My Position request from Maps. After the wait indicator, I see a notice saying my position was not found on the top bar of the maps screen. Why? - Nokia FAQ

It could be one of the following reasons:
    a) You did not have sufficient balance to send the data request
    b) You do not have an active data plan
    c) Your phone did not connect with the data network due to network coverage issues
    d) Nokia does not have information to get your position
