This product has great features
Excellent phone i would recommend it to anybody! But battery life could be better that's my only fault but everything else is brilliant !! Really happy with this phone !

Very pleased with the phone
I've been using it for more than 6 months and I couldn't find many flaws... If you compare it to high-end models (iPhone n like) in the market then the response is a bit slow.. But worth the money you pay for.. Also, it survived a HARD crash on the floor... which I doubt iPhone would ;)
Love the thing !!!
PS: the loudspeaker is awesome !

Windows Problems
Nokia made a big mistake going to windows operating system, you cannot create a snooze easily as you could do with the symbian OS, Zune has to be downloaded and installed onto a computer to update the OS of the phone, this then moves all contacts, files and pictures from the phone to the laptop. Creating a link to a email account is easy but actions carried out on phone are not replicated on email, ie deleting an email from phone does not delete from email account. Time to get a Samsung.
