Restart, restore, update

These fixes can solve over half of the problems such as
phone lock-ups, application crashes, sound problems
and a blank display.

1. Restart

   Switch your phone off,
   wait 30 seconds,
   then switch it on again.
   

2. Restore

   Restore your phones factory settings.
   See your user guide for how to do this.

3. Update

   Make sure your phone is using
   the most up-to-date software.
