Top

With the front of the phone facing you, on the top edge is, from left to right, the Nokia AV connector, the HDMI connector, and the power key.

  • 1 — Nokia AV connector (3.5 mm)

  • 2 — HDMI connector

  • 3 — Power key

Do not connect products that create an output signal, as this may damage the device. Do not connect any voltage source to the Nokia AV connector. If you connect an external device or headset, other than those approved by Nokia for use with this device, to the Nokia AV connector, pay special attention to volume levels.

Front

On the front of the phone is the touch screen. Above the screen is the earpiece. At the top right corner is the front camera lens. Below the screen is, from left to right, the menu key and the microphone.

Back

Sides

With the front of the phone facing you, on the left edge is, from top to bottom, the memory card slot, the SIM card slot, the charging indicator light, and the micro-USB connector. On the right edge is, from top to bottom, the combined volume and zoom key, the key lock switch, and the camera key.

Bottom

With the front of the phone facing you, on the bottom edge is, from left to right, the charger connector and the wrist strap hole.

Touch screen

To control your phone, lightly touch the screen with your fingertips. The screen does not respond when you use your fingernails.

If your fingertips are cold, the screen may not respond to your touch.

Important:

Avoid scratching the touch screen. Never use an actual pen, pencil, or other sharp object on the touch screen.
