Is the schedule information in HERE Transit real-time? - Nokia FAQ

The schedule information is based on the timetables. In some cities the timetables are updated also with the actual arrival times. Note that the actual arriving and departure times may differ depending on the traffic conditions.

What should I do if I get in HERE Transit the error message “SIM unsupported (MCC = 1234)”? - Nokia FAQ

This means that HERE Transit is not supported in your country. HERE Transit for non-Nokia phones is supported only in selected countries (UK, US, Canada).

Note that in Nokia Lumia phones you should use HERE Transport published by Nokia Corporation.

Do I need to download maps to use HERE Transit? - Nokia FAQ

You don't necessarily need to download map data in order to use HERE Transit but e.g. when viewing walk navigation instructions of your journey you can decrease the amount of transferred data by pre-installing the map data to your phone via HERE Maps or Drive.

The name of the application has changed from Nokia Transport to HERE Transit. If you have installed an update from Store lately, you can find your Maps application in the applications list under H.

What do I do if Nokia HERE Transit can't find my location? - Nokia FAQ

Check in phone Settings > location that the location service is enabled in your phone. Try moving to a place with better GPS signal reception (e.g. outdoors).

Check also that the location service is enabled in HERE Transit Settings > Use my location.

If your location cannot be resolved, write your starting address manually in the From field in HERE Transit.

You can pin a journey from your current location as a tile to the start screen of your phone. Select the options icon at the bottom of the screen, and then the pin icon.

Why can't I find my route in the HERE Transit app? - Nokia FAQ

The route or journey may not be found e.g. in the following situations:

  • The date, time or time zone on your phone is wrong by more than a few minutes.
  • You don't have an internet connection available (data connection is needed to find the route).
  • Your starting point or destination may not be in a supported region.
  • The starting point is too far from the end point (a route such as from London to Berlin).

Can I plan for stop-overs or waypoints in my journey with HERE Transit? - Nokia FAQ

Average Rating

No, HERE Transit suggests a direct route to one destination. If you need to stop on the way, you should plan two separate journeys.
