Easy fix 1: Free some space from the phone memory
You can delete the following if no longer needed:
• Text, multimedia, and mail messages
• Contact entries and details
• Apps
• Music, pictures, or videos
Copy content you want to keep, for example, to a compatible computer.

Easy fix 2: Remove and re-download the map data on your phone
1 To remove possible corrupted map data, remove the existing maps from your
phone.
2 Download new maps to your phone.
