Can I start Drive navigation from Nokia Maps in my Nokia Lumia with Windows Phone 7? - Nokia FAQ

No, Nokia Maps on Windows Phone 7 provides only routing instructions and you cannot start drive navigation directly from Nokia Maps. Select Nokia Drive application to start the navigation.
