How to make a complaint?

At Nokia we take complaints from our customers seriously and we welcome you letting us know if you think we’ve not got it right. To help us understand your concerns, we do need you to complete our online form. So if your complaint is about a recent repair, a Nokia Music/Nokia Store refund, Nokia account recovery or product safety, then please complete the form.

Please ensure that before you contact us about recovering your Nokia account, that you try the password recovery in https://account.nokia.com and select Forgot Your Password.
