Yes you can. Any phone that is capable of using mp3's as a ringtone can do this (unless the music files are DRM protected).
Most current Nokia phones are capable of using unrestricted mp3's as ringtones.

Press Menu > select Settings > Profiles > select profile you want to personalize > select Personalise > press Ringtone > open Songs folder > Open one of the folders and select the song you want to use as a ringtone.

2. Open Control panel > Internet options and select General -tab

4. Delete all files from the Temporary Internet files -folder (all offline content will be deleted)

If User Account Control (UAC) in your Windows Vista® computer is set on, that may prevent the registration. If registration fails, turn off UAC from Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Turn User Account Control on of off and clear the Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer check box, and then click OK. Then click Restart Now to apply the change right away. After computer has restarted try registration again. This issue occurs because Windows 7 is preinstalled on a new computer by using image-based Windows deployment technology. The following scenarios will not function on an end-user’s computer unless a fix is applied:
- Playback of Windows Media DRM-protected content
- Transfer of that content to authorized devices.
