The S60 (Symbian series 60) Download Manager has a limitation to allow only 6 simultaneous downloads in the queue, this is the root cause of the problem. This issue is evident on all handsets with the S60 platform. If this situation occurs, the only solution is to reboot the device and try to access the store again selecting fewer downloads at any one time.
This issue occurs because Windows 7 is preinstalled on a new computer by using image-based Windows deployment technology. The following scenarios will not function on an end-user’s computer unless a fix is applied:

The Nokia Store application is typically located in the main menu or under the Applications on your phone.
Some compatible devices don’t have the Nokia Store app but you can still access and download Nokia Store content with your mobile browser at http://www.store.ovi.mobi
As long as the item is still available, you can re-download it up to 10 times by signing into Nokia Store and accessing My Stuff.
In case you have lost any purchased content items in your My Stuff, for example because the item has been unpublished and removed from Nokia Store,
please contact Nokia Care for further assistance, http://www.nokia.com/support and choose Contact Us.
Give a short problem description, your Nokia account username and the name of the content item you wish to re-download.
Note that your new device must be compatible with your previous downloads.
Download using Nokia Store client of your Nokia phone:
Click Store icon to access the Nokia Store and sign in.
Select the item you want to download. Free items can be downloaded by selecting Download.
Purchasing a priced item can be started by selecting Buy.
Nokia Store supports payment both credit card and phone bill. The options you see may vary by region and network operator. Not all options are available in all regions and operators.
When you are making a purchase in Nokia Store for the first time, you are presented with the selection of available payment methods.
Once you have selected the payment method select Confirm to start downloading.

You have two different downloading options:
Send to your mobile device a free text message that contains a download link for the application. After receiving the message click the link and you are able to download and install the application.
or
Download via PC. To be able to download and install via PC you need to have Nokia Suite PC application running and your device connected via USB cable. Once the item has been downloaded to your PC, it will be transferred to your device and you may need to complete the installation with it.
With most devices you can select the default location where to install or save games, videos and other content. Typically this option can be found from Nokia Store client by selecting Options > Account > Settings > Installation preferences or Account > Installation preferences. To prevent phone memory filling up, it is recommend using memory card or mass memory as installation location.
Normally applications are installed automatically after downloading. Otherwise follow the instructions on the screen when the download is complete.
Please note: Check with your mobile operator to determine if you may incur data usage charges while downloading with a Mobile device. If possible use a WLAN connection to download larger files, such as games, applications or videos. The validity of a Nokia Store purchase is one year. You can naturally use the purchased app after one year but re-downloading the purchased item for free is no longer possible.
These instructions are valid for Nokia S40, Nokia Symbian and Nokia Meego devices. The applications for Nokia Lumia phones can be found from Microsoft Store, formerly known as Marketplace.
