No, you do not need to uninstall Nokia PC Suite to be able to install Nokia Suite. However, it is recommended that you do not have them both running simultaneously on your computer
Also, the Nokia Suite installer will disable PC Suite if it is running in the background. From there you can proceed in installing Nokia Suite on to your computer.
When you add photos and videos to the Nokia Suite library from a folder on your computer, the files are not duplicated on the computer. You can safely remove photos and videos from Nokia Suite without removing them from the computer. Nokia Suite doesn't move your photos or delete them unless you choose to do so.

You can sync your device with Microsoft Outlook using for example Nokia Suite.
To do this, connect your device to Nokia Suite. Then set the synchronization settings in Nokia Suite.
Tools > Options > Contacts > Sync with contacts application > Microsoft Outlook.
Then synchronize the contacts by selecting:

Check if you have stored music in the phone memory, that is, the C drive of your phone.
