FAQ - How can I add a contact to the home screen on my Nokia phone?

To add a contact to the contact bar on the home screen do following:

1. Select Add + icon.
2. Select a contact from the contact list.
3. No thumbnail for contact found. Add thumbnail? is displayed, select Yes. 
4. Select From Gallery (Add a picture from the Gallery) or Open camera > Take a picture by camera.
5. Press Select to add a thumbnail to the contact. The contact is added to the Contact bar.

To add new contact to the contact bar on the home screen do following:

1. Select Add + icon.
2. Select Options >New contact.
3. Enter name and telephone number and all the desired details.
4. Select Done.
5. Press Select (or Options > Select ) to add the contact. 
6. No thumbnail for contact found. Add thumbnail? is displayed, select Yes.
7. Select From Gallery (Add a picture from the Gallery) or Open camera > Take a picture by pressing the dedicated capture button.
8. Press Select to add a thumbnail to contact. The contact is added to the Contact bar.

Scroll right to add a new contact on the home screen and start from Step 1.
