FAQ - How can I turn on or off the predictive text input (T9) when writing messages?

Select Menu > Settings > Settings >General > Personalization > Language > Predictive text and ON or OFF. 

Or in any text editor screen, select Options > Input Options > Activate prediction or Deactivate prediction.
