FAQ - What can i do to receive both calls on my C1-00 device (Dual SIM)?

 

  • Turn on the device
  • Let the SIM 1 get registered with the network (The network bar should come)
  • Select Menu > Settings > Two SIM settings > SIM  1 > Divert if not reachable > Activate > to another number > give the number of SIM 2
  • Select Menu - long press the star* key to switch to SIM 2
  • Let the SIM 2 get registered with the network (The network bar should come)
  • Select Menu > Settings > Two sim settings > SIM 2 > Divert if not reachable > Activate > to another number > give the number of SIM 1
  • Select Menu - long press the star* key to switch to SIM 1
