If the voice recordings have been taken with Recording quality set to High, the recordings are saved as mp4 files. These files are not synced or copied by Nokia Suite. As a workaround, you can do the following:
- Use the Standard recording quality. This will produce wav-files which can be successfully synced or copied with Nokia Suite.
- Or, if you want to record with high recording quality, copy the mp4 files manually from the phone folder E:\Sounds\Recordings to the PC.
