Depending on your device model, select Menu > Messaging > Create message > Flash message, or Menu > Messaging > More > Other messages > Flash message, or Menu > Messaging > Other messages > Flash message
Flash messages are text messages that are instantly displayed upon reception. They are not automatically saved in Inbox in the receiving device.
