Where can I find my model name?

Nokia Lumia phones:

Go to “Settings” and then “about”. “Phone information” shows your phone’s model information, for example, “Nokia Lumia 800”.

Other Nokia phones:

Type in *#0000# on your phone’s keypad. The display shows your phone’s model and product code.

On older phones, these numbers are printed on a white label in the battery compartment, underneath the battery.

All phones and accessories:

Check your phone or accessory’s original sales packaging, receipt, or relevant contract paperwork to identify the model information.
