When Nokia Belle FP2 phone is connecting to some of the older Wi-Fi access point models, the data traffic may in certain situations stop after a while and the Wi-Fi connection needs to be re-established or the phone needs to be rebooted to continue. If this happens with your Wi-Fi access point, try the following solutions:
- Go to SW Updates menu and install Wi-Fi update in your phone.
- If the update doesn't yet solve the issue, try selecting Settings > Connectivity > Wi-Fi > (Options) > Settings > Advanced power save > Disabled.
- If the problem persists, try disabling all power save features by selecting Settings > Connectivity > Wi-Fi > (Options) > Settings > Power save > Disabled
Check also that you have the latest sw installed in your Wi-Fi access point.
Note that the "Advanced power save" setting is available only after installing the Wi-Fi update.
