If the downloading of an application from Nokia Store is not successfull, check the following:
- Check that the internet connection is working properly. Start web browser and check that connections to public websites work properly.
- Try a different connection type. Go to Settings > Internet Connection > Connect to Internet and choose another connection, e.g. try the packet data connection instead of WiFi (WLAN) or vice versa.
- Check that the latest phone software and Nokia Store application are installed in your phone. Select Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Updates menu to view the available updates.
- If the problem persists, try restoring the factory settings by selecting Settings > Reset > Restore settings.
